Fruit and nut ginger balls
Apricots
Dried berries
Candied ginger
Nuts (I used marcona almonds and peanuts)
Coconut oil (warm so it’s liquid)
Sesame seeds
Water (tiny bit)
Sugar?
Cinnamon?
Put everything in food processor except sesame seeds. Use only enough water to make it bind together, like a tablespoon. Roll into balls and dip in sesame seeds. The first batch I did with rice crispies but they went stale so will use sesame seeds next time.
